  # How to do slope and y intercept

The slope-intercept form of an equation is y = mx + b, which defines a line. When the line is graphed, m is the slope of the line and b is where the line crosses the y-axis or the y-intercept. You can use slope intercept form ## A lot of happy clients

Is always right, simple and easy to use! Actually tells me how to do the equation as well! One of the best things, no ads, no disruptions it's great. This is very helpful. It really helped me with explaining math, there are a few math problems, that it can't solve (not scanned and not by calculator), but mostly a really good app, I'd reccomend it.

Even for parents also, i love how it provides you with all the information/answers you need (such as drawing graphs. They have all evaluates , graph ,parallel , perpendicular all things in math they have from grade 1 to 12, i forget things easily so having this to refresh my mind on equations is perfect.

Math app is the only ap you'll need to find answers and explanations, it would give the option to change the way the problem is worked out to how you would do it, just love the app even though I don't struggle with maths but it's a good back up plan when you don't understand some equations It even gives you a work out, I just love it.

## 3 Ways to Find the Y Intercept

Well, we've already talked about that we can have something in slope intercept form where it has a form y is equal to the slope, which people use the letter m for, the slope times x plus the y-intercept, which people use the letter b for. So, if we just look at this, m is going to be the coefficient on x right over there. So, m is equal to five. ## Graphing Equations and Inequalities

Step 1: Begin by plotting the y y y -intercept of the given equation which is ( 0, 3) \left ( {0,3} \right) (0,3). Step 2: Use the slope m = − 5 3 \large {m = { { - 5} \over
Do My Homework ## Graphing a Line Using the Slope and Y-Intercept

By examining the equation of a line, you quickly can discern its slope and y-intercept (where the line crosses the y-axis). The slope is positive 5. When x increases by 1, y increases by 5. The y
